At the intersection of societal norms, technologic saturation, and human naïveté is where the “Massification Project” thrives. Mark Tracy is our guide as we explore these ephemeral relationships through his bold and futuristic paintings. A motif of technologic infrastructure is threaded throughout Marks compositions. Often presented under the gaze of our friend the ubiquitous security camera. Rendered primarily in oils with accents of pastel and graphite this collection of large format canvasses is presented alongside smaller more intimate works. The resulting exhibition captures a frenetic spectrum of influences, mirroring our modern American experience.
